Grey Roots Museum & Archives, just west of Hwy 6 & 10 on Grey Road 18., County heritage displays as well as the Morestown Heritage Village. A café and visitors information centre are also available as well as a collection of locally inspired films.

Note: The Kemble Arena has roller skating every Friday night starting April 1^st.

Skating during winter months is available depending on the weather as there is natural ice only in the Kemble Arena. Contact the Municipal office for ice updates.

Township Parks

The Township has several municipally maintained parks. These are the Sarawak Family Park, Cedar Hill Park and Centennial Park.

Wiarton Keppel Airport

The Wiarton Keppel Airport has a 5,000 foot paved airstrip with a fully equipped terminal and fuel for your flight needs. The Terminal builing isdedicated to Eileen Vollick, the first licensed female pilot in Canada. Check out the “Young Eagles” flying event in June where kids from 8 to 17 can experience flight at the airport. www.wkairport@bmts.com

Fishing

And don’t forget that Georgian Bay has some of the best fishing in the area. Anglers will also find excellent fishing in the Pottawatomi & Sydenham Rivers. Public docking and boat launch facilities are provided at Big Bay Dock and local marinas. Explore these waters, enter local fishing derbies and have a great time!!
