Nominations for the 2010 Municipal Election may be filed in the office of the Clerk during regular business hours from January 4th, 2010 and until 2:00 p.m. on September 10th, 2010.  Nominations may be filed for the following offices:  Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Councillor (5) to be elected. Nomination papers can be obtained from the Office of the Clerk.

The Township of Georgian Bluffs will be using the “Vote by Mail” method for the 2010 Municipal Election. Vote by mail kits will be mailed on October 1st, 2010 to all the electors that appear on the voters list as of September 15th, 2010. If your name is added to the list after September 15th, you will need to attend the Municipal office to pickup your vote by mail kit. Voting is continous from the time you receive your vote by mail kit to October 25th, 2010 at 8:00 p.m.

Municipal Enumeration Form

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation starting the week of April 19, 2010 and running through to the first week of May, 2010 will be mailing Municipal Enumeration Forms to households where MPAC has out-of-date or incomplete information on its database.
